Q: What does it cost to open an Omni quick-serve food shop?
A:  The initial investment is generally 25 to 50% less than comparable programs and we do not charge any franchise, royalty or advertising fees.
 
Q: How long after I make the commitment will my unit be operational?
A: You will be operational 4-6 weeks after commitment. You will be required to do minimal site preparation, and you can expect a one to two day installation. The operator is responsible for any permits, or electrical and plumbing modifications.
 
Q: I have a small store. How much space will I need for this?
A: A typical Sub Express unit requires 80 square feet (8' X 10'), Pizza Primo!requires 60 square feet, or both can be done in as little as 120 square feet (12' X 10'). Bellarico's allows you to get into the pizza busines with as little space as needed for a small countertop and a display case; optional kiosk requires 60 square feet.
 
Q: Will I need additional employees?
A: In most cases you will need to add some. However, in the layout procedure, we make every effort to create a workflow that will enable you to share labor.
 
Q: How much support will Omni provide?
A: As much as you need. We will be with you every step of the way, from site selection and preparation through on-site training. We won't leave until you're ready for us to. And we'll return monthly to make sure things are running smoothly. Your success is our success.
 
Q: What are my food costs?
A: Though every operation is different depending on the level of promotion, waste control and adherence to recipe, food costs generally run in the one-third range.
